THE CONTRACTOR shall maintain at its own cost a comprehensive policy of insurance to cover the liability of THE CONTRACTOR in respect of any actual default for which it may become liable to indemnify THE AGENCY under this Contract. Where appropriate THE CONTRACTOR will hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in the sum of £500,000 at least in respect of any one incident, unless this is otherwise agreed in writing by the AGENCY. THE CONTRACTOR should provide copies of any insurance certificates to THE AGENCY including professional indemnity, employers liability and public liability insurance.

Where appropriate THE CONTRACTOR will hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in the sum of £500,000 at least in respect of any one incident, unless this is otherwise agreed in writing by THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE. THE CONTRACTOR should provide copies of any insurance certificates to THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE including professional indemnity, employers liability and public liability insurance.
