This Contract to provide Public Housing Authority Enterprise Application Software System, hereinafter referred to as “Contract”, is made and entered into as of the date fully executed by all necessary parties or approved by the County Board of Supervisors, whichever occurs later, and the Orange County Housing Authority, hereinafter referred to as “County” or “OCHA” or “Agency” or “Licensee” and MRI Software, LLC, with a place of business at 28925 Fountain Parkway, Solon, OH 44139-4356, hereinafter referred to as “Contractor,” with County and Contractor sometimes individually referred to as “Party” or collectively referred to as “Parties.”
