THIS CONTRACT FOR SOLID WASTE SERVICES (“Contract”) is made and entered into on the Date of Execution below, by and between the City of Sequim, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington (“City”), and Murrey’s Disposal Company, Inc., a Washington corporation (“Murrey’s Disposal” or “Contractor”). City and Contractor are referred to collectively as “Parties.”
