THIS CONTRACT FOR STRUCTURAL ROOF REPAIR (Contract) is made and entered into this day of , 2023, by and between the Town of Lake Park, a municipal corporation of the State of Florida, having an address of 535 Park Avenue, Lake Park, Florida, 33403 (“Town”) and LaPorta Contracting, LLC having an address of 1975 East Sunrise Blvd., Suite 822, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33304 (“Contractor”) (collectively, “the Parties”).
