This contract for the collection of assessments and provision of services and improvements for the Corpus Christi Tourism Public Improvement District (the “Contract”) effective as of July 1, 2022, is made by and between the Corpus Christi Tourism Public Improvement District Corporation, (“CCTPIDC”), a Texas nonprofit corporation, Corpus Christi Area Convention and Visitors Bureau (“CVB”), a Texas nonprofit corporation, and the City of Corpus Christi (the “City”), a Texas municipal corporation.
