This Contract sets out the content of the legal relationship between the aforementioned parties. In case of doubt, the provisions of this Contract shall be construed in accordance with the tender specifications specified in the tender documentation, including the annexes to the performance of the public contract entitled "Supply of Active Hydrogen Maser (H-maser)", hereinafter the "Public Contract", as well as in accordance with the Seller's tender submitted for the performance of this Public Contract, the technical and price parts of which form Annex 1 to this Contract.
