The Department of State Health Services (“DSHS”) and Deloitte Consulting LLP (“Contractor”), who are collectively referred to herein as the "Parties" to that certain agreement for the design, deployment, and maintenance of the HRAR System that took effect on August 30, 2020, which is denominated as HHSC Contract No. HHS000066300001 (the “Contract”), now desire to further amend the Contract.
