Between the International Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing Inc., a non-stock, not for profit corporation registered in the State of Maryland, USA (hereafter referred to as ISPRS), represented by its President #NAME OF PRESIDENT# and #HOST SOCIETY# represented by Congress Director #NAME OF DIRECTOR# (hereafter both parties to be jointly referred to as The Host).
