_Williamson County Tx, a political subdiviison of the State of Texas, having an address of 3101 SE Inner Loop Georgetown, TX 78626 (hereinafter referred to as “County”), and, TK Elevator Corporation, a Delaware corporation, having an address of 3100 Interstate North Circle SE Suite 500 Atlanta, GA 30339 (hereinafter referred to as "Contractor”). In consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, Contractor agrees to perform the services described herein and County or its members agree to pay the amounts described herein, all on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
