Global Science Center LP, hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”, represented by the Executive Director, on the one hand, concludes this Contract with any person, hereinafter referred to as “Customer”, on the other hand. This Contract is a Contract for the provision of publication of the Work and publishing metadata of Work, provision of non-exclusive rights to use the Work and is concluded by means of acceptance of the public Offer in accordance with the procedure established by this Contract, and regulates the procedure for the provision of the stated services and obligations arising between the Contractor and Customer.
