The Agreement is made this day of 2021, by and between Goodman Specialized Vehicles, LLC [VA Dealer], of 17020 Patrick Henry Highway, Amelia, Virginia 23002 and PL Custom Body & Equipment Co, Inc. [Manufacturer], of 2201 Atlantic Ave, Manasquan, New Jersey 08736 (together parties of the first part, and hereinafter known as “Contractor”), and the County of Dinwiddie, Virginia (party of the second part, and hereinafter known as “County”).
