THIS AGREEMENT (hereinafter the “Contract” or the “Agreement”) is made by and between the People of the State of New York, acting by and through the Commissioner of the Office of General Services (OGS), whose office is on the 41st Floor, Tower Building, Governor Nelson A. Rockefeller Empire State Plaza, Albany, New York 12242 (hereinafter referred to as the “State” or “OGS”) and Cady Brook Enterprises LLC DBA Mohawk Valley Freightliner (herein after referred to as the “Contractor”) having its principal place of business at 703 Oriskany Boulevard, Yorkville, NY 13495 (mailing address PO Box 201, Yorkville, NY 13495). OGS and the Contractor are collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
