This Contract for Advanced Website Support Services, 002-2022 (Contract) is entered into by and between the FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION (Florida Housing), a public corporation and a public body corporate and politic, with headquarters located at 227 North Bronough Street, Suite 5000, Tallahassee, FL 32301, and SGS TECHNOLOGIE, LLC (Contractor), located at 6817 Southpoint Parkway, Suite 2104, Jacksonville, FL 32216. Upon execution by both parties, this Contract shall become effective as of the date April 28, 2022 or the date the last party signs, whichever is later (Effective Date).
