CONTRACT FUNCTIONAL DIRECTOR CONTRACT This model contract can be used by directors other than the CEO and managing director, including functional directors, deputy directors, heads of department/department managers, functional managers, project managers or similar who, irrespective of title, are covered by the Danish Salaried Employees Act and the Holiday Act, and who are employed in the private sector.
