BASC requires the Technical Director to refrain from becoming a recruiter or identifying players for any competitive club. If recruiting or player ID’ing is discovered, it will be grounds for immediate dismissal and considered a breach of contract ending all agreements between Broken Arrow Soccer Club and the contracted Technical Director.
