This Amendment Number Six Seven (hereinafter “Amendment SixSeven”) is made and entered into as of the date fully executed by and between Community Service Programs, Inc. with a place of business at 1821 1221 East Dyer Road, Suite 200120, Santa Ana, CA 92705 (hereinafter “Contractor”); and the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California (hereinafter “County”); which are sometimes referred to individually as “Party”, or collectively as “Parties.”
