This Amendment to Contract No. 17-27-0003-TSR, hereinafter referred to as “Eighth Amendment” is made and entered into upon execution of all necessary signatures between the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as “County” and Abrazar, Inc., DUNS # 803281849, a California non-profit corporation, with a place of business at 7101 Wyoming Street, Westminster, CA 92683-3811; hereinafter referred to as “Contractor,” with County and Contractor sometimes referred to as “Party,” or collectively as “Parties.”
