CONTRACT OF CARRIAGE№ THIS CONTRACT OF CARRIAGE (the “Contract”) is made on XXX between: XXX, a company having its place of business at XXXrepresented by its Director acting under the Charter, hereinafter referred to as the “CUSTOMER”, and Sirius Aero Ltd, a company having its place of business at Ul.
