The purpose of this Contract is to arrange for the Rigorosum Exam and presentation of Rigorosum Thesis for a Foreign Candidate, a self-paying student of Comenius University Faculty of ……………., field of study: ………….. , a graduate from a field of study in which the academic degree of „magister“ (master) is awarded, who has applied to take Rigorosum Exams and has submitted all relevant documents in compliance with Act No. 131/2002 Z. z. governing higher education and amending some other statutes, as amended („Higher Education Act“), Internal Regulation No. 2/2007: Rector’s Directive: Guidelines for Rigorosum Procedure at Comenius University, Bratislava („Rigorosum Procedure Guidelines“).
