THIS AMENDMENT #1 (the "Amendment"), effective on the date of the Office of General Services signature, by and between the People of the State of New York, acting by and through the Office of General Services’ Procurement Services, located at the 38th Floor, Corning Tower, Empire State Plaza, Albany, NY 12242 (“OGS”), and Guidehouse LLP, (hereinafter "Contractor"), with offices at 1800 Tysons Boulevard, 7th Floor, McLean, VA 22102, (hereinafter collectively referred to as “the Parties”).
