and entered into by and between Ability DWV I, LLC, a Florida limited liability company with a principal address of 3740 Beach Boulevard, Suite 304, Jacksonville, Florida 32207 (“Seller #1”), Ability DWV II, LLC, a Florida limited liability company with a principal address of 3740 Beach Boulevard, Suite 304, Jacksonville, Florida 32207 (“Seller #2”)(as used herein, Seller #1 and Seller #2 are collectively referred to herein as the “Seller”), and Alachua County, a charter county and political subdivision of the State of Florida, by and through its Board of County Commissioners, whose address is c/o Alachua County Facility Management Department, 915 SE 5th Street, Gainesville, Florida 32601 (“County”). Collectively, the Seller and the County shall be referred to herein as the “Parties.”
