THIS AMENDMENT NO. 2 (the “Amendment”) is made and entered into this _1st_ day of October, 2020 (“Amendment Effective Date”) by and between Orange County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, by and though its Board of County Commissioners (“Client”) and Advanced Data Processing, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("ADPI"). Client and ADPI are each sometimes referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
