THIS CONTRACT (“Contract”) is entered into by and between ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, a charter county and political subdivision of the State of Florida, located at 201 South Rosalind Avenue, Orlando, Florida 32801 on behalf of its Citizens’ Commission for Children Division (“COUNTY”), and U.S. DREAM ACADEMY, INC., a nonprofit corporation under the laws of the State of Florida, located at 8807 Colesville Road 5th Floor Silver Spring, MD 20910. The COUNTY and the AGENCY may be referred to individually as “party” or collectively as “parties.”
