This AGREEMENT is made this day of at Hidalgo County, Texas between LA JOYA INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT, of 201 E. Expressway 83, La Joya, Texas (the “District”), AND of (the “Contractor”). In consideration of the mutual promises contained in this contract, the parties agree and are bound to the mutual obligations and to the performance and accomplishments of the tasks hereinafter described.
