This Annex shall be for the purpose of Amentum Services, Inc. (Amentum) utilizing the National Aeronautics and Space Administration John F. Kennedy Space Center (NASA KSC) onsite resources available to Amentum under the Laboratories Support Services and Operations Contract (LASSO), to perform Contractor 3rd Party Work (C3PW) Northrop Grumman, 595 Opus Parkway, Suite 300, Minnetonka, MN 55343. Specifically, under this Annex, Amentum will continue to perform the following work for Northrop Grumman that began under KCA- 4662-7 and KCA-4662-14:

This Annex shall be for the purpose of HSG, LLC d/b/a Herndon Solutions Group (HSG) utilizing National Aeronautics and Space Administration John F. Kennedy Space Center (NASA KSC) onsite resources available to HSG under the NASA Environmental and Medical Contract (NEMCON) to perform Contractor 3rd Party Work (C3PW) for The Boeing Company (Boeing), 8905 Airport Rd. Bldg 111, Berkeley, Missouri, 63134. Specifically, under this Annex, HSG will perform the following work for Boeing: Medical Examinations (physicals) for employee certifications that include respirator certification examinations, field medical services, vision certification examinations, hearing certification examinations, and Self-Contained Atmospheric Protective Ensemble (SCAPE) certifications per NPR 1800.1D (NASA Occupational Health Program Procedures).
