This Agreement governs the terms of the relationship between Roseville Electric Utility (“RE”) and the Contractor (each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”) with respect to RE’s Contractor Network regarding the promotion and installation of building electrification rebates. Only members of the Contractor Network may participate in the building electrification rebate programs.
