THIS AGREEMENT between the Board of Fire Commissioners of Fire District No .3 Jackson, Ocean County, hereinafter referred to as the "BOARD" and the New Jersey Firemen's Mutual Benevolent Association, Local No. 86, hereinafter referred to as the "UNION" is designated to; maintain and promote a harmonious relationship between the Board of Fire Commissioners and its employees who are within the provisions of this agreement, in order that a more efficient and progressive public service may be rendered; to provide for equitable and peaceful adjustment of differences that may arise, and to establish proper standards of wages, hours, and other conditions of employment.
