Renewables, LLC (f/k/a Entsorga North America LLC), a Delaware limited liability company and wholly owned subsidiary of BHT (“ENA”), Apple Valley Waste Technologies Buyer, Inc. (“AV Buyer”), and Apple Valley Waste Technologies, LLC (“AV Tech”).
