The Author, desiring to publish the Work in ESC! Magazine, hereby grants to Michael R. Potter (the “Publisher”) non-exclusive, worldwide print and/or electronic publishing rights in either whole, excerpt or summary form, of the Work. Author gives consent to Publisher to maintain the Work in an online and print archive of past issues of ESC! Magazine.
