This Control Systems Integration Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into and effective on the last date set forth on the signature page below, by and between Quantum Automation, a California corporation (“Quantum”) and the company listed as “Customer” on the signature page below (herein referred to as “Customer”). Quantum and Customer may be referred to herein individually as a “Party” and/or collectively as the “Parties.”
