This Agreement, made and entered into this day of , 2018, by, between and among the Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Savannah (“City”); Chatham Area Transit Authority (“CAT”); Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce through its destination marketing organization, Visit Savannah; and Savannah Area Mobility Management, Inc. (“SAMMI”), collectively the “Parties”, for services related to the needs of conventioneers and visitors within the Convention District and Hutchinson Island Water Transportation District of the City of Savannah.
