THIS AGREEMENT, entered into this day, of , 2002 (hereinafter referred to as either the “Agreement”, the “Contract”, or as the “Agreement and Contract”), is by and between the County Board of Arlington County, Virginia, a body politic and corporate (hereinafter called “Arlington”) on behalf of Arlington County, Virginia, and the City Council of Falls Church, Virginia, also a body politic and corporate (hereinafter called “Falls Church”) on behalf of the City of Falls Church.
