This Agreement is for the mutual benefit of both parties and is between the United States Army Corps of Engineers, Nashville District (hereinafter referred to as the “Corps”) and the Friends of Cordell Hull Lake (hereinafter referred to as the “Friends”), acting through the Chairman of the Board of Directors or the Board’s designee.
