This Agreement is made between the County of Hennepin, a body politic and corporate under the laws of the State of Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as the “County”, and the City of Plymouth, a body politic and corporate under the laws of the State of Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as the “City”. The County and the City collectively are referred to as the “Parties”.
