This Financial and Operating Plan (Operating Plan), is hereby made and entered into by and between the Clear Creek, County of, Clear Creek County Sheriff’s Office, hereinafter referred to as “Cooperator,” and the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service, Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests and Pawnee National Grassland (ARP), hereinafter referred to as the “U.S. Forest Service,” under the provisions of Cooperative Law Enforcement Agreement #22-LE-11021000-020. This Operating and Financial Plan is made and agreed to as of the last signature date on the Cooperative Law Enforcement Agreement and is in effect through December 31, 2026, unless modified during the annual review.

This Operating and Financial Plan (Operating Plan), is hereby made and entered into by and between the Blaine County Sheriff's Office, hereinafter referred to as “the Sheriff's Office,” and the USDA, Forest Service, Sawtooth National Forest, hereinafter referred to as the “U.S. Forest Service,” under the provisions of Cooperative Law Enforcement Agreement #17- LE- 11041403-007 executed on May 15, 2017. This Operating Plan is made and agreed to as of the last date signed below and is for the period beginning on the last date of signature and ending September 30, 2021 unless modified during the annual review.
