THIS AGREEMENT is entered upon the date of the final signature below by and between the TOWN OF DAVIE, FLORIDA a political subdivision of the State of Florida, 8800 SW 36 Street, Davie, Florida 33328, hereinafter referred to as the “TOWN”, and MOTOROLA SOLUTIONS, INC., a Delaware corporation, 500 W Monroe Street, Ste. 4400, Chicago, IL 60661, hereinafter referred to as the “CONTRACTOR”.
