This Lease Agreement (“Lease”) is a binding agreement between the Tenant and Copper Beech Commons. By signing this Lease, the Tenant agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of this Lease and by all the rules and regulations set forth within the Copper Beech Commons Rules and Regulations. This Lease holds you (the Tenant) personally responsible for the obligations contained herein. Tenants residing at Copper Beech Commons are expected to conduct themselves in a manner appropriate to our apartment community living environment.
