This Core Transport Agent Billing Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this __ day of _____________________, 200___, by and between _____________________________________________ ("Core Transport Agent” or “CTA") a ______________________________________________, ______________________________ organized and existing under the laws of the state of _______________________________, and Pacific Gas and Electric Company (“PG&E”), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the state of California. CTA and PG&E may be individually referred to herein as "Party" and collectively as the "Parties." This Agreement constitutes Attachment K to the Core Transport Agent Request for Gas Aggregation Service (Form No. 79-845).
