This agreement recognizes that student collaborations are formed in an academic environment to enhance the educational experience of the students, and may or may not extend beyond the academic purposes for which they were formed. In some cases, the individual collaborators may choose to build upon the learning they gained and the intellectual property they created through these collaborations, and this agreement is intended to ensure that any individual collaborating student or group of collaborating students may use the results of the collaboration.
