THIS FUNDING AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is entered into by and among NHTE SOUTHPOINT LLC Grantee , a Florida limited liability company, who owns Southpoint Crossing , a development financed by Florida Housing, and FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION , a public body corporate and politic duly created and existing under the laws of the State of Florida. Upon execution by both parties, this Agreement shall become effective as of the date the last party signs .
