This contract agreement (“Agreement” or “Contract Agreement”) is entered into as of the 6th day of July 2022 by the City of Kalamazoo, Michigan (herein referred to as “City of Kalamazoo”) and the United Way of South Central Michigan (hereinafter referred to as the “Subrecipient”) in connection with a certain grant and/or loan to Subrecipient under the State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (“SLFRF”) Program. The Subrecipient agrees to the terms and conditions of this Agreement to undertake the following: The City of Kalamazoo Grant Program (herein referred to as the “Program”). The Subrecipient agrees to provide services detailed in the attached scope of work, and to perform all other obligations and duties as contained in this Agreement and any/all addenda.
