The undersigned (the “Corporate Creditor”) accepts RBC’s offer to provide it with its corporate creditor bill payment service (the “Service”) and agrees that such Service will be conducted in accordance with the terms and conditions set out on the following pages and the operating guide (the “RBC Corporate Creditor Bill Payment Service Client Guide”) (collectively, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, this “Agreement”).
