This Subscription License Agreement ("Agreement") is between ColumbiaSoft Corporation, an Oregon corporation ("Licensor"), and the licensee party identified on a duly executed Order (as defined below) ("Licensee"). By using any of the Services (as defined below) or by signing or submitting an Order, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Licensee may use the Services only in compliance with this Agreement and any duly executed Order.
