This COS Systems Master Agreement (“Agreement”) is between the party accepting this Agreement and COS Systems AB (“COS”) and consists of the below terms and conditions, the EULAs, the SLA, and the pricing and related terms listed on the Sales Order for your Subscription. This Agreement is effective on the date of the last signature on the Sales Order for your subscription. Key terms are defined in Section 10.
