The CoSE Collaborative Postdoc at Texas State University is funded by the Dean of College of Science and Engineering and is coordinated through the Associate Dean for Research (Dr. Paula Williamson). We will facilitate the training of independent researchers and enhance diversity among faculty in the next decade. Postdoctoral trainees will be associated with the departments of their faculty mentors and will have access to participate in the professional development opportunities and departmental research seminars. We will also cover the cost for the institution to join the National Postdoctoral Association to further your successes.
