This Agreement is effective November 7, 2022 by and between National University, a non-profit, public benefit corporation, which is located at 9388 Lightwave Ave., San Diego, CA 92123 (“University”), and Conejo Valley Unified School District, a School District, which is located at 750 Mitchell Road Thousand Oaks, CA 91320 ("Practicum Site") (hereinafter, each party may be referred to individually as “Party,” and collectively as “Parties”), with reference to the following facts:
