This Agreement describes the arrangement pursuant to which Deutsche Bank AG London (“DBAG”) authorizes Equinox Fund Management LLC (“Agent”), acting for and on behalf of the Funds specified on Annex D hereto (the “Funds”), to act as its agent, pursuant to the provisions of Section 2 hereof, in executing spot, tom next, forward foreign exchange transactions with a maximum tenor of 6 months (herein, “FX Transactions”) with the Counterparties listed in Annex A hereto (each, a “Counterparty” and such FX Transactions to be referred to herein as “Counterparty Transactions”) and on the terms set forth in Annex B hereto.
