Higher Tier (HT) - 5 Year Agreement(in most cases) Mid Tier (MT) - 5 Year Agreement • Replaces Higher Level Stewardship• Expressions of interest by 15th July• Apply by 30th September• Agreement start date 1st January 2016• Capital grants and woodland options available • Replaces Entry Level Stewardship• Apply by 30th September 2015• Agreement start date 1st January 2016• Capital grants available Higher Tier & Mid Tier • Agreements must be worth a minimum of £1,000 pa (based on options rather than area)• Competitive Scheme scored against a targeting framework which is dependent on specific geographical area priorities• More points can be scored if a specific combination of options are chosen from ‘the wild pollinator and wildlife package’/ water capital grant if acting on advice of Catchment Sensitive Farming Officer (CSFO)
