This Agreement, effective July 1, 2021, is made by and between the Wayne County Regional Educational Service Agency (hereinafter referred to as the “Fiscal Agent” or “WRESA”), and those “Operating Districts” who have accepted the terms and provisions of the Wayne County Act 18 Agreement and those “Sending Districts” who have accepted the terms and provisions of the Wayne County Act 18 Agreement.
