THIS COUNTY-CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) for Construction of the Moorefield Boulevard/Old Ryan Road Emergency Vehicle Traffic Signal and Vinegar Hill Drive Barrier Gates herein after referred to as the “Project”, executed in three (3) originals, is effective on the date it is fully executed by and between COUNTY OF LOUDOUN, VIRGINIA, a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia (herein referred to as the "County"), and (herein referred to as the "Contractor").
